When I started with Dr. Shukla, I was struggling with different problems and they were impacting my daily life. I was not able to cope with these problems. She listened to me very patiently and taught me to think positively and tackle those issues one-by-one by going deeper into them. She helped me to build confidence and changed my perspective. After completing all the sessions, I was able to tackle the problems which used to trigger me.

When I started with Ms. Smita , I never thought I could reach to this point. I had a life changing experience with her. She’s extremely good with her work, full of patience, empathy, excellent tools. She doesn’t use cliched words and sentences like many counselors or psychologists. I’m glad I came across her. I loved how she never used sugar coated cliched words just to make me feel good. I could see how keenly she was helping and showing the other side.
Thank you for letting me experience “freedom “ mentally and emotionally. The thing is nothing changed around me, neither people nor surroundings, but my perspective changed and it’s so liberating. It’s so beautiful feeing when you feel your life is in your hands and now you know how to handle yourself and your issues.

Mrs. Shukla has been counselling me for more than 3 months now and discussing my problems with her has been very helpful. She listens to you patiently and has a clear aim to help the patient. If you've been to multiple counsellors and still feel the need to be heard, your search ends here.
