I purchased a hearing aid worth Rs 1.25 lakh from them one year ago, but I am still unable to hear properly through it. Despite going to them for fine-tuning 4-5 times, they were unable to adjust it properly. Unfortunately, their aftercare service following the purchase of the hearing aid was poor. I am disappointed with the quality of their product and their customer service.

Initial HA was not upto the mark, i got a higher model of Resound. Now it is working as expected. Still there were problems in online meetings, so, bought a multi-mic device, as suggested by them. It is very helpful.
The right side tube was not fitting properly so there is constant buzz.So, got another set (paid). Now, today also ordered mold for better hearing.
Overall good experience and helpful people.
Person at reception is not good.
