I've been having back and shoulder pain for quite some time now. I went to the Kothrud Multi Fit gym where they have the Prehab Physiotherapy branch. I had the full body check with the therapists there, Dhanashree and Shriya.
The physiotherapist there (Dhanashree and Shriya) have been helping me and have been feeling better with every session from them, thrice a week.
Thank You Prehab and Multi Fit for a great service and trustworthy staff.

I had a shoulder discomfort since a long time so I decided to consult Prehab physiotherapy @Multifit. I was guided and assisted through the whole process by Shirya . She helped me counter my discomfort in the most easy and friendly way. I was able to recover in just 4 simple sessions and now feel much better. All thanks to Shirya & Prehab @ multifit . ????????Totally recommend it !

I visited Prehab Kothrud branch for post surgery physio (ACL reconstruction surgery) .
My therapist Dhanashree, really helped me and guided through my recovery. I was able to return to sports within 4 months of surgery. I will highly recommend prehab to all.
