I have recently completed my Yoga teachers training from Pratish Yoga Institute. It was a life transforming experience for me, practicing and learning Yoga daily 3 hours for last 2 months. We not only learn about Yoga Asanas but also about the history & literature of Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, Human Anatomy and Meditation.
