Travelled from Pune to Ahmednagar. My experience is really good. Bus was on time. Booked through Red bus app and made online payment. They have given seat Number, boarding point, contact details through SMS, wake up call (before Boarding and dropping) to me.

Bus was very good, neat and clean. Seat was very comfortable with AC, curtain, side light. Staffs were very cooperative in nature. Before reaching the stop, they will announce your destination.

they don't even deserves 1 star. worst travel company I have ever seen. arrogant staff, 3rd class service and very inhumane people are there. they do not respect their clients and not even consider their problems. we just late by 15 mins to reached the boarding point and we already informed them about our bike issue but they didn't considered it. they refused to wait for 15 mins only and didn't gave us any alternative option.

I travelled in Non-AC bus to Indore. Bus was not properly clean, linen were also not clean. Personal light was not operational neither charging port working. Conductor was looking for passengers through out the trip as many seats were vacant. This has resulted in delay of 30-45 mins. They should work on customer satisfaction but seems like they doesn't care.
