Leaving my pizza at the table of open food court for 30 seconds handed over Rs. 50 to a guy and asked him to give me a cold drink costing Rs. 40, I asked him to keep the change for now and just give me the drink. He won't give saying wait for the bill (one customer was there at the counter). I requested him politely that I don't want bill and please punch this entry while I go back to table, as pizza was waiting without anyone at table (I was alone). But no he didn't have common sense. Started arguing about rules and all and wasted a few mins, and when I just turned back, the cleaner had thrown pizza to her dustbin and cleaned the table. And these men saw that and still pushed me to buy a drink which I had to drink standalone as pizza (Rs. 156) was gone.

Never had such frustrating experience. Mr. Owner, spend sometime and money on train your front staff, rules are there to make customers happy not to insult them and make them miserable.

The food is quite good, my slices were freshly baked and the whole concept of a pinsa also sounds good to me considering how its much more healthier and than pizzas.

They serve stale food from display food, prepared many hours ago..god knows. If you request for fresh preparation they will argue rudely. Ladies staff was not polite and doesn't know customer service etiquette. Bad and tasteless food. We had bad stomach infection after eating here. Doesn't deserve one star also. Will never go again.
