I started training online with Yash during the pandemic and I thoroughly enjoyed it. We did a wide variety of strength training, stretching, stamina building exercises with a lot of focus on overall lifestyle change. He would also give good tips on healthy eating and improving overall food habits. I would definitely recommend Yash for personal training sessions.

I have trained with Yash for 3 months, I must say he has amazing training skills and knowledge on fitness. He focuses a lot on teaching right techniques and helps mastering each move. Have been working out with yash since 1st lockdown..he is quite dedicated with his work towards his clients,I had been operated for my knee injury,he helped me gain strength in my operated knee with utmost care and precaution..he is definitely recommended..
