After my thorough research for a therapist in Pune, I had a word with Kaehalee. After so many sessions with her, I have finally come out of my chronic and severe depression. I have more confidence and independence after I reconnected with my feelings. The way she has dealt with my issues, no other therapist or psychiatrist has done it. Thank you, Kaehalee! I would definitely recommend her.

This place has been my safe space for a whole year now and boy it has changed me for the better and how! Last year I was anxious, tired and just not at the best place in my life. And starting therapy has been one of the main things that has helped me through it. I have had a few sessions with other therapists before this but Kaehalee really is one of the most patient, kind and empathetic people ive met. She gives you the space and time to understand your own thoughts while also giving cognitive tools to navigate the said thoughts in a more rational way. She is also a text away even after the sessions are done which makes u feel comfortable and safe. Therapy for me has been a very slow and patient journey of making tiny changes every single day and showing up for urself. But when u look back u realise how far uve come ! ????
