Parvati Hills is a grand place if you are a photographer with a passion to shoot a poster card size photographic view of the city. You need to climb a high levels of stairs to reach this place. The scene is wonderful and beyond words to describe. You can also climb on top of temple to get a more better view but for that you need to buy tickets from the authorities.

Good place to visit, you can call it a small trekking. Good view in evening and late evening. Doors closes at 2000 Hrs.
You need to take a 10Rs. Ticket to access top balcony which have a good view.
Clicking photos are allowed. A golden colour photos looks nice and you will enjoy pleasent wind at top.
It's accessible and easy to locate.
There are no shops upstairs.

Parvati hills, as the name clarifies, is a place where you'll get blessed by Lord Shiva, mata Parvati, Nandi, Kartikeya and my favourite dear Lord Ganesha. But it is not limited to being a religious place only beside the temple you'll see a very well maintained museum having stories of valour and legacy of Peshawas(attached some of the photos here).
Last but not least going inside you'll see a very good place to witness the beautiful sunrise and sunset, at night you can gaze the whole city through there.
The road to the destination is unique in itself.
Overall this place won't disappoint anyone.
