About them :-
A festival and flea market favourite, Pack-A-Pav from Mumbai has opened its first store out of its home city. It serves pavs packed with their classic stuffings from noon to 11pm in crowded lanes of Koregaon Park's lane 6. They opened their first permanent outpost in Bandra and soon began mushrooming across Mumbai. They've now made their way to Pune. A tinny shipping container of sorts in the brand's bright blue and sunny yellow sits next to Kabiro in KP's lane 6. The outpost has open-air seating with lights for a ceiling once the sun sets. They're serving their classic flavours and stuffings packed inside the humble pav, everyone loves.

They're serving their classic flavours and stuffings packed inside the humble pav, everyone loves. I ordered Afghani chicken tangdi, Mutton Shammi Kebab, Irani Chicken, Herb Chicken Seekh, Hung Curd with Basil dip, Green coconut chutney, Red chilli garlic and fried onions.
All the kebabs were a little soft and crisp from outside and soft and chewy from inside. They were loaded with flavours and the dips were giving them a perfect balanced taste to increase your happiness.
Herb chicken Seekh kebab were perfectly grilled and the taste of the herbs were giving a flavourful blast in mouth. Irani chicken kebab was delicious and it was perfectly balanced with the red chilli garlic chutney. Talking about Mutton Shammi then it was just perfect means neither overcooked nor undercooked just perfect. All the dips were giving a perfect supporting role to these kebabs.
The hung curd with basil dip adds a relief in-between spicy bites. The hung curd is basically a yogurt drained of all it's water. Green coconut chutney was giving a normal spicy and tanginess. Red Chilli garlic was giving a hint of garlic with spiciness of red chillies.
Afghani Chicken Tangadi was served on a bed of spiced organic rice which was Little bit soggy, topped with a creamy tangy gravy sauce and some caremelised onions. The Afghani chicken were balanced in Taste neither so spicy nor so sweet, as it was containing whisked eggs and lime juice. The chicken was well cooked and juicy. It was balanced with the soggy rice and creamy tangy gravy sauce.

Pack-A-Pav's style includes lacing the edges of the pav with fried onions, reminiscent of the fried crunch added to several vada pav's in Mumbai. And, each pav is served with a side of spicy fryums. So every bite from the plate has crunch, creamy and spicy flavours. Pack-A-Pav is an ideal stop for a quick snack and it's grab-and-go food is what we love about it.
A must visit place.

This is small compact shop and had a new concept of pack a pav. This shop is basically serving the pav with chicken / mutton stuffing inside it. They also serve kebabs. They have nice sitting arrangements. Self service is there. The place have OK ambience. If you want to try something new then you can. Now about the food i ordered ,
1. Tandoori Chicken Sriracha Chicken Pav.
2. Meat For Champions.
3. Butter Chicken Pav.
Now about food ,
1. Tandoori Chicken Sriracha Chicken Pav :- This is new thing to try with tandoori chicken stuffed with mayonnaise and fried onion inside pav. This combined bite will give you some new taste, which is nice. The tandoori chicken is nice and tender. So it tastes good.
2.Meat For Champions :- This is new dish they served like a chicken platter. Chicken seekh , Irani Chicken patty with curd dip , red garlic paste, coconut chutney. The seekh kebab are tender and moist. The Irani chicken patty is OK. All other dips and chutney are also OK.
3. Butter Chicken Pav :- This pav is really disappointed me. There is no any flavour of butter chicken that we expect. Scope of improvement is there for this pav.
So Overall OK Experience.

My experience For Small Appetite PEOple
Alongside the regular menu, every month they concoct special menu, accessible just for seven days. so regardless you have 3 additional days to attempt there special menu.
Special menu dates:
14th Oct - 20th Oct (Sunday).

This month special menu consists of 3 Non-Veg, 3 Veg Pav Sandwiches. Out of this, My Recommendation to try in
Non-Veg
Nalli Nihari & Chef Special Pav (Chicken)
The Chef’s Special Pav

Veg:
Beet in a BUN #rohitondietrecommended
Cost: range between 140-200 each.

My experience for Big Appetite PEOple

Pack a Pav is a one of a kind culinary experience that packs (stuff) heavenly seasoned lamb, chicken, or veggie lover into the desi darling pav, best with a smooth hung curd-based sauce and crispy fried onions.

Team PaP, guarantee that that lot of efforts are pore down for each pav sandwiches which are listed on their Regular & on Special menu.

It's Open window kitchen where actually you can sneak peek on preparation, A lot of thought process given while preparing all primary ingredients. Also all there food items (Sauces/Chutney/Hung Curd...etc) are homemade, except pav, which is custom according to need.

Almost to all pav sandwiches, Base is hung curd dip (Smoked with basil & essential herbs) and, Fried onions & fryums .

What I Tasted?
Off course, I insisted on the Special menu items and requested for,
Non Veg:
- Nalli Nihari pav (Not Your Ordinary) served with fried onions
- Sumitran’s Smokin’ pav - home cook Neha Sumitran’s signature pav Sandwiches.
- The Chef’s Special pav - Succulent paper-wrapped chicken and cheese kebab.

Veg:
Tex-Mex pav served with tangy Mexican salsa
Beet in a Bun - herbed beetroot patty served with a hung curd basil dip and garnished with spring onions

Above all tried pav, what I observed was
- Stuffing consistency
- No Overdo of Sauces/Curd or any sprinkle powder to upgrade the taste.
- Base ingredients like Chicken, Lamb etc where loaded proportionately and didn't find any stinginess.

...and which one I like most?
Nalli Nihari Pav [Non-Veg]: Mutton will always rule over the chicken (sorry, for being partial), Preparation for this succulent dish was to the mark and it really preserve the authentic taste of the Nihari without placing the bone inside the pav, it really melts in the mouth.

The Chef’s Special Pav [Non-Veg]: Succulent paper-wrapped chicken and cheese kebab, you'll cherish the rich flavour and firm texture of fried Onions.

Beet in a Bun [Veg]: herbed beetroot patty served with a hung curd basil dip and garnished with spring onions, you must experience the unforgettable combination of Beet and Basil flavor dip. For vegetarian it’s a #rohitondietrecommended

Hygiene is maintained across, may it is a kitchen or seating area.
Homely flavors in across all spread.
Hey, Hey! Did i told you, they have covered for diet darlings too... foodie who doesn't like to have pav(Carbs conscious like me ;) ) then there is platter. Check with the team for more details.
