All my purchases are from PNG, since 1992. However, in the recent visit (dated 17th Feb 2023), I realised loss of personal attention and nature of service dropped dramatically.

Even, the System data base (Customer id) being linked to mobile number. In conversation at the counter, I also realised there are many such cases under rectification.
Normally, mobile number is given for ease of contact and cannot have uni-directional link with customer id. I strongly urge authorities at 'PNG jewellers pvt. ltd.' to review the customer id link with mobile number. In my opinion, the correct way to link the customer id is to link it with PAN/UID instead of mobile number. This has better link from any Taxation perspective for transactions. Mobile number can also be captured for ease of contacting, if so.
