Customer service was as usual, like u have in every other hotel, the basic like polite...
I definitely did not like the location.
Rooms were good but rated 3/5 because of tiny cockroaches and basic amenities only had towels, toilet paper, soap. Complimentary one water bottle.

Service - was also ok. They gave us some sort of token for breakfast, only one day. For next day, they did not so i felt at loss.
Food was also good as per the budget.

Location - i definitely did not like it. Too congested, my cab was stuck in that location for 15min (which should have been less than 2min).

Well, honestly, i can't complaint much as to it was my last minute booking when we came to pune in the evening due to late flight. Our original hotel cancelled on us as we didn't check in, and we came after 7pm... So this hotel kinda saved us gals from been on road, in the night, so rated 3 star as thank you

Worst experience. Owner doesn't not how to talk to customers. Very bad experience. Not cleaning the rooms properly and not changing the bedsheets and other amenities on regular basis. Even water bottles are not available after repetitive request in night. There is a weird smell in rooms.

Location is very bad. No parking space. You have to be on road to get out of vehicle. Location is not quite as it has to.

Overall try to avoid this place.

My friend from HARYANA had checked in here. So I visited him the rates are reasonable. Rooms are clean and new beds are good and room house keeping is OK. Location is around MG road on taboot street it's behind MG road Lane. Near Garden Wada Pav
