Had booked 2 Deluxe Category rooms for 2 nights. AC in one of the rooms wasn’t working and they denied it and said it will work in a few hours. The other night I asked to change the room. They shifted me to a lower category room (Executive) and then billed me for the original category’s I had booked for. They said that it was the same deluxe room which isn’t true because there wasn’t any bathtub and the room was smaller in size. Even their staff agreed that it was a lower category room.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND FIND A CHEAPER, BETTER OYO HOTEL. The Rooms are in extremely bad shape and poorly lit. Half of the switches are either broken or not working. The bed and mattress are not changed in probably 15+ years. All the ameneties are only available on paper and not for actcual use by the guests. I stayed in the just because it was close to my meeting location and one of the few available at the last minute. They charged me close to 3500 per room but it should be more like 1000 or 1500 given the condition on the hotel.

Pathetic room even though I upgraded. The place stinks. Very poorly maintained and even basic amenities are missing. Will prefer a local lodge against this. Unfortunately with such a good location and big rooms, the management has completely ignored the room maintenance
