Pratik was way to good.
I just entered store to see the collection but the way he said & treated me was lovely!???????????????????? & I ended up buying 3.5k ???? fighting????????

I think people who are commenting good reviews here are either the staff's relatives or have completely lost their mind. I have never encountered such unprofessional staff in my entire life. The staff looks like they only care about commissions and they COMPLETELY DISREGARD YOUR SHOPPING EXPERIENCE. They stand on the sidelines giving you creepy looks (especially the main guy with the black earring) and pass comments on the shoppers despite having bad taste in makeup and knowledge. They act like they own the shop.If NYKAA wants its offline store to thrive in Aundh, I would suggest you to take heed of the bad reviews and replace the entire staff. I hope NYKKA luxe let's us have a better shopping experience hereafter. CHANGE THE UNPROFESSIONAL AND ILLITERATE STAFF.

A special shout-out to Disha, who helps me alot every time when I’m at the store! She is very patient, calm and is well aquatinted with every product’s detail! Giving the store a 5 star just because of the service!
