Shop is good with good range. Sales people ignored me first time as i was wearing casual clothes and didn't look rich. They were helping my sister who wasn't even serious about buying watch. But she looked rich.
Later trip onwards they were polite and eager to make the sale. Dunno what was the change. One of them helped me buy a great watch.
No discount.
Absolutely not, Never hope that they'll reduce even 1 rs from your bill.
Owner didn't speak much on any occasion whenever i visited. Only asked card or cash payment. Hardly makes eye contact. He does not talk if you ask for any discount.

I wish I could give negative rating.
Very unprofessional and untrained staff. If you don't buy then they will behave like street beggers who curse you on not giving penny.
There was no manager or owner who can control these arrogant staff.
God bless the sales and customer satisfaction.
