My relatives live here, and I was interested in buying a flat here. After living for a week, I got to know that the condition is much worse.
Important thing to note is that it is not a Society, but a Condominium. All owners are struggling to get it converted to Society.
There are so multiple issues going on like :

Drinking Water issues - Have to call tankers everyday!
Usable Water issues - Hard water treatment is needed
Solar Water timing issues - Mostly between 6am to 7am only
Sewage Treatment Plant - Odour is almost till the main gate. Treated water smells in the washrooms when flushed. It may lead to hygiene issues
Parking issues - No guest parking. Only 5 guest cars are allowed to park for the whole society. Jammer is put if parked in other areas. Alloted parking only for a car and bike.
Waste Management Plant - Smelling badly everyday. It may lead to hygiene issues to those living there

Absolutely hopeless society. No drinking water, The biggest issue is the parking. Garbage management is poor. Smell of the garbage in the society premises is unbearable. Lifts are dirty and most of the time not working.

Dear Owners, please visit to the society and then reply back. At the society gate the garbage smell is unbearable. If I'm wrong then I'll delete this review immediately.

The property is very well maintained, builder staff is very cooperative & humble. The entire premise is positive, green. Good security, beautiful location. Peaceful place to live.
