I have booked ticket from kothrud, near kinara hotel , near lenskart showroom to vapi ,
I was there at the time of bus and i was raising my hands but driver not stopped bus and he has gone very fast, worst travel service ever experienced in my life,i want my refund and i want my compensation for my inconvenience…

MOST HORRIBLE TRAVELS, STAFF VERY RUDE, NO RESPECT FOR TIME. MADE US WAIT FOR 1 HR 45 MIN. WHILE TAKING MONEY THEY SAID IT WILL.MOVE BY 5.45 PM AND BUS MOVED BY 7 PM. GAVE LAME EXCUSES AND SAID WILL MOVE IN 5 TO 10 MINS. WHILE TAKING MONEY THEY SAID WE QONT WAIT FOR BUS TO GET FULL AND LATER MADE US WAIT. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DONT WASTE MONEY TRAVELLINY BT NEETA TRAVELS. THEY CHARGE 400 TO 500 RS SHIVNERI IS BETTER LESS MONEY AND GOOD TIMELY SERVICES,

This is Neeta Travel's office on Paus road. It's located near Punyai Sabhagruh. You can park a few 2 wheelers in front of the office. Also while waiting, there is a provision for seating. As of today, they don't have a working phone number.
