I recommend any different sleeper or seating bus but not this one. They have stopped the bus for 20 minutes dinner break which is common thing travellers do. They parked bus in parking along with different travaller buses. I observed that this Navalai buses only turn off the engine and AC for whole 20 minutes but the other seater and sleeper buses parked beside this bus put AC and engine on! Charging 1000 rs per person is not worth it and doesn’t make any sense.
After asking the reason behind turning it off, they say people don’t get down for dinner when AC is on! Why on earth hungry people will seat for fun in AC without having their dinner!
I guess the hotel and these traveller companies have tie up to bring people as much as they can and earn commissions, also portion of our tickets by not providing AC!

The worst experience I had. I booked AC sleeper from Pune to Goa and also shipping my bike. At first they said they don't have seat in the Bus in which they are shipping Bike and at last moment, they cancelled my AC tickets and asked me to seat in the Non-AC bus(which I was not aware before stepping into it) when I complain, they said step down from it also, we will take out your bike also. Such a pathetic service, don't rely on them.

Navalai travels taking too much time for taking parcels at swargate. it takes almost half an hour daily also when they stop for dinner at night at amruta hotel there also they take almost half an hour and also 1 thing in between they are filling petrol at pump there also take time so total calculation is 1 hour.
