Service by Sumit sales guy sitting in creativity mall doesn't know how to deal premium customers. The quality and service is pathetic. He took 2 months for delivering chairs and they are not aligned and have color difference. Desktop study table is having termites. I have been chasing for a month for replacement he is saying carpenter will come and fix it. I want a replacement not repair. He doesn't even pick phone. I would not recommend natural living further.

DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF GOING TO THIS STORE FOR ANYTHING.
If there was a way to give a negative rating, I would. Please do not get anything custom made from this store. We ordered a custom dining table in DECEMBER. We got the wrong table delivered in February without any heads-up. Then we made the drawings of the table with all the measurements (which is their job) and shared with the team, they could not make the correct table even then. We got another wrong table in April. The way they operate is-
1. They will promise to visit your home to take measurements. Nobody visited our place.
2. They make false promises to send photos of each stage while the product is being made. Guess what, you will get nothing.
3. They will make the wrong produce and force you to adjust to it.
4. Their customer service is the worst, especially their MD Mr. Karan and their salesperson of the Baner store Mr. Kiran.
5. Mr. Karan is a person who will just go around in circles, accept the mistake, then deny it and he can do that for life.
6. If you ask for refund, he will become senti and say he does not have any money to refund.
Please do not waste your hard-earned money and your peace of mind with these guys.
I hope from the length of the review you will understand the pain we had to go through and NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE WE MADE.

Have purchased furniture ( 4Beds, 8 seater dining, sfa with centre table side tables chairs) worth lakhs from Baner outlet. Was assured that this furniture lasts lifetime but please have a look at the photos attached below how badly few items are affected by termites and can damage my whole furniture. But I all refused any service from them. Please avoid......
