My Stationery was great, as it offers a wide range of stationery. They are pens, pencils, erasers, and much more. They have 2 displays of pens, 1 normal 1 fountain pens or similar ink pens. There are cute, decorative erasers, jelly ones and more. They have huge pencils. There are 2 sections. This was section 1 in a summary. Section 2, of what I've seen, has rainbow pencils, paint, paint pens, magnifying sheets and many more interesting things! I highly recommend this stationery for any stationery needs!

Great Service & Gesture I got here. I called on registered number on shop closing time But they Waiting for me & owner also. Got Perfect product what I wanted.

There was a time when this store was know for its customer service and amazing collection the uncle who started this store was a gem of a person and knew how to talk to the customer and use to understand customer needs.

But now the staff that they have is extremely unprofessional they don't know how to talk to a customer I had asked for a full scape book and they didn't show me all the options after buying another book when I saw that there are other options too and I requested them to give me another book and they told me that we cannot return the product or exchange even though if you have bought it or second before I told them that I am okay if you don't pay me back the extra money just give me something in exchange of same amount but all of them started defending themself saying that I had asked for the wrong book and it is my mistake and when I told them that they didn't show me all the options they told me that they have a lot of product and they cannot show me all the options with actually felt that they are doing a favour by attending me when I told them that there is a lot of miscommunication between us the lady sitting on the counter told me that it is me who is creating misunderstanding and started speaking to me in my rude manner
Afterwards when I told them that give me something to balance out the amount they told me to select whatever I want to which I just reply that if I end up selecting something of a higher value they won't give me so it's them who has to suggest me the product they had a problem with that too. I guess maybe this is one of the reason why this store is going through a downfall and it doesn't have the same reputation what they had before.
