It was a mixed bag. The waffle cone was crunchy, the sorbet delicious and the ice cream was tasty but for a platter at 590 INR, we were served mini mini scoops.
Totally disappointed.
Also, they didn't have the pista ice cream nor the strawberry that came in the platter.

i was trying the flavours for buying it, then the staff there said, we are being asked by our management to not to provide for more than 3 tastes. When I asked that do you have this rule displayed any where in your shop, they said no. when asked for e mail staff did not provided us. and looking towards their narrow, i thought of gifting them there ice cream only for Rs 525 and put on the table over a tissue paper
Guys please do not buy ice cream from here,.

Worst service and attitude of staff at Movenpick, Pheonix mall. Never going back again. We have to approach them to clear off the table after almost 10 minutes of sitting. The mess on the table was cleared off only after protesting that it should be cleared. Highly priced icecream, which is ok, given the fact that it is located at a premium mall, but the service should equally be the same. Disappointing to the core.
