Absolutely pathetic product. I bought this shoes around 7 months back and they got teared for the 1 time in the month of March which company get me pasted as it's once a while condition. I also feel that this might be coincidence and my badluck . As for me Mochi is one of the most trusted brand. But things do not just stop there, again I have to visit the store in August no not to get the new shoes but for the repeation of the same proble same shoe and same place again pasting teared of ( I care for my shoes the most and make sure no single water droplets fall on the same hence rainy season is not the reason) but poor quality of the pasting and services. I have requested store manager to look into this and get me replaced the same, as of know.I have lost trust in MOCHI and this shoes as well. Wearing those shoes in office is so shameful entire the day as their is other option. For replacement I got the reply it's possible within 90 days only. Is that much only a brand trust their products. Are they are.noy enough confident on their service. now they are again pasting with a false promises that it's will be perfect this time. Why they have not done while.manufacturing shoes or when given for the 1 time for pasting

Customer satisfaction is an negative side. Mochi must do something so that customer like me get value for hard earned money, or stop selling so expensive shoes.

Wonderful experience..I generally walk out of footwear shops empty handed but they have the most updated collection!
And the staff Mr Rehan Shekh is especially patient and helpful in getting the right thing to the table..in fact one of the sizes weren't available so he personally came to our house 10 km away and delivered the item to us..
Prices are suitably reasonable as it pertains to quality and style!

Very Harsh experience with Mochi Shoes, very unpleasant customer support service. Initially poor quality product sold later poor repairing done for twice ( yes I need to get the same repaired twice). Better to buy roadside shoes they will give you less discomfort than Mochi BRANDED shoes.
Please don't waste your money
