Hired untrained staff to take.samples.
Girl doesn't know what samples needed for test reports.
Inhad to.l visit thrice to gibe samples because the girl forgot /unaware if urine sample.was.needed for test.
Totally avoid , for the package amount we are paying. Notbworth. Medical field with untrained staff is disaster

The lab in Viman Nagar was clean and hygienic. The Lab technician was friendly and efficient. I got the results on time. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

After taking booking & and also sending technician number & reference ID, the technician denied having any such booking.
Patient was on fasting for 12-13 hrs, and when called the company they said to reschedule the next day. Like seriously? Negligence & Bad Service.
