Pathetic Service. My experience with this lab diagnostic service has been nothing short of a nightmare. Not only did they knowingly conduct the wrong test for vitamin B12 instead of vitamin D, but their receptionist also falsely claimed that I had canceled the vitamin D test and requested the vitamin B12 test. This level of unprofessionalism and dishonesty is appalling and completely undermines the trust we should have in healthcare providers. I am deeply disappointed and disturbed by this entire experience and strongly advise others to think twice before using their services.
The fact that the original receipt was overwritten adds another layer of concern to this already troubling situation. It raises questions about transparency and record-keeping practices within the lab diagnostic service. Such actions can erode trust and further damage their credibility. This incident highlights the need for them to address their internal processes and ensure they maintain accurate records and provide honest, patient-centered service.

Very arrogant staff, poor service, forget to book appointment and argues back with customer.

The home visit staffs are very helpful and professional. They make sure all sanitary precautions are taken care. I’ve a wonderful experience with them and will continue to get their service. Ms Lakshmi and Mr Santosh have been always prompt and ready to help to make sure reports arrive on time.
