The owner seems very independent that he wants his clients also not to be dependent on him for any knowledge on how to keep the fish healthy. He encourages his customers to explore themselves by observing the behaviour of fishes or searching on google or having the self experience after some fishes die, etc.
Shop owner is polite until the customers are polite and do not have any query.
And he is very optimistic in nature. It seems that he thinks he would be able to maintain the good relationship with his customers even after letting their fish die and not putting any efforts to save them. He motivates the customer to buy the new fishes and endeavours to convince that cause of death of livestock is many times unknown and hence, we cannot do anything for their survival.

Pathetic quality of fishes, most of them were infected, i bought 4 different pairs of fish however all died the same day, along with infecting my old fishes. They do not keep hygeine at all. Also the person who operates the store was very rude. You might have to think twice before even entering the shop.

No zero rating available hence given 1 star, bad quality food expired and also all of the fish have fungal infection. Do not buy anything from this store. Read reviews first
