Pretty helpful service, got my reports on time and also availed the discount as well. They're doing an amazing job of providing cost information of diagnostic tests and treatments as such prices are hardly disclosed by diagnostic centers and hospitals.

Very very unprofessional experience I had with medifee..i had my sample collection done on last Saturday for an executive health check up, the collection guy told me that the reports would be available by evening or Monday morning. It was Tuesday already and I hadn't got me reports yet so I called these buggers 5 to 6 times only to be told that their machine is having server problems and the reports will be sent by morning 11 today (Wednesday) . It's already 12, till now no reports have come nor any calls to update on it. When I called these buggers again, now they are not even picking up my calls.. Worst service ever.. I would not suggest anyone who wants to know if something is wrong with their system immediately. .Probably report ll come after you die
