Avoid if crowded! Crowd affects the service and food quality here.
The staff, although helpful, doesn't quite deliver during peak time. We got help in placing the order and paying at the kiosk, but the food we got wasn't up to the mark.
The divine Chocolate express pastry was not heated and ruined when asked to be warmed. Even the ice cream in coke float wasn't nearly afloat.

My recent visit to a McDonald's was an utter disappointment. The food was of poor quality. The service was terrible, as the staff showed no interest or courtesy, taking forever to prepare orders and neglecting customer requests. The atmosphere was unwelcoming, with a dirty seating area and a lack of maintenance. Most frustratingly, the staff seemed unwilling to serve, engrossed in their own conversations. I strongly advise avoiding this McDonald's for a subpar experience.
