They only beleive in selling by claiming extensive support and service. Spent more than 30k on fishes and varying solutions Ishan has given us. All are false promises and nothing worked. All fishes died even after following all the advice and expenses we did. They can only advice you to buy more stuff by claiming just try this for once and if it doesn't work I will take back the product. When nothing worked and we approached them, then everything becomes against their policy. In short my advice would be to think twice before investing in their products/ fish. It's a trap for never ending expenses and feeling guilty for fish not dying the natural death. I have experienced this for more than 25 fish. Everytime excuse was, it was my tank and adding some product will solve this problem. I understand it is Ishan's business and sales are important to survive. But when trust and customer support is poor, it just elevates the problem. Disappointed and not recommended.

I love the support and service provided by the owner of the store. He will share with you the right knowledge requisite for fish keeping as his efficacy comes from his own childhood passion and years of business experience.

He is the best fish keeping guide I have had in 8 years. Expect excellent service during entire lifespan of your pet!

Ishaan (owner) has good knowledge about the aquatic life and has diverse collection of the fishes in his store. Quite affordable.
