Hearing many reviews from family members and from google I had visited Madhavbaug in Balewadi-Baner.
My main concerns were over weight, high level of cholesterol and high BP. I was not sure whether I should go through the treatment offered by them because it is considerably costly. In the first consultation both Drs explained me about the form of treatment and restrictions on diet. So initially I felt it very difficult but as I started with it in every visit both Drs explained me everything in detail, the diet pattern, what should avoid and what will be the tasty options to reduce cravings. Also they explained about exercises.

Gradually I used to it and it gave me fantastic results. I lost 12 - 13 KGs within 2 months, my triglycerides dropped from 345 to 134 and BP also came to normal. Now I feel really light and important part is you do not feel tired while going through this rigorous diet.

This is a life changing place, I never realized importance of lifestyle ever before. I would highly recommend this experience for people with sedentary jobs. The doctors are approachable and they care for patients truly. Overall a great experience for me!
