We recently purchased flat here.Its a nice society 24 hrs bore water with water softener plant and Solar water 24 Hrs and drinking water is there from Morning 6 to 10 and evening 6 to 10.Staff is very good and friendly on site location specially Milind he helped us a lot i will recommend this guy but the head office staff is very rude once they receive all the payment from us we have to follow up a lot and they don't give proper information and they don't have manners to talk they should appoint some educated staff with soft skills for customer satisfaction and the other problem is the service road outside the building is in very bad condition all nearby builders should take a step to build it.As if you travel by car you will surely face suspension maintenance of car.Over all the project is good still there are work going on for final touch ups.I recommend people to buy here as their 3rd building work is started.

Little Hearts, Undri, 1& 2 Bhk Flats in Undri, Well Maintained Society, 160 Happy Families Living, Project is Nice, Dont trust on Negative comments, Every thing having Positive and Negative, its your decision to do in Positive way, Nice Community, All Festival Celebrated together, Ready Amenities, Good Upgrade and Living, Area in PMC Limit.

Every Drop of water is purchased before you buy think 1000 times

Not satisfied with their work and after possession maintenance of defects. Tiles are staining,walls are not in alignment, doors swallowing, finishing not good.
90% of Maintenance is gets consumed in purchasing water
