No one attends you there, waste of time.

So here's edit 2, so that people don't classify me as just another hater, spreading hate without any reason. So, this personally is an honest review from my side.
I'm a culture and dance enthusiast. I've been fascinated by ballet as a dance form and as a part of various cultures since long, and was overjoyed to find an all five star rated ballet class just in my city. Likewise, I wanted to know more about the classes, as a personal hobby.
I work for an NGO, and wanted to ask Ms. Neha for an online informative lecture on ballet as well.
It was all smooth in the beginning- She asked me to come anytime before 3pm, as her classes start at that time. I missed the earlier appointment we had decided on, and called her to ask for another one. Someone else (I guess her assistant) picked up her call, and said that I can't meet her now, call again later. A quote : “better luck next time.”
Yet, I thought this was a misunderstanding, and tried sending her messages on WhatsApp.
No response.
Then I straight up went to her studio, at 2.15, as earlier advised. She was in the session. (that's totally fine, not an issue) I waited for half an hour. The receptionist told me, that I can't meet her today, as I don't have an appointment. And I agreed, it's not professional. So I asked her again, when can I meet her? If not in person, then on zoom maybe? Can I watch the dance practice? (I was yet excited to see real life ballet practice)
Again, the assistant wasn't sure. Quote 2- “Please get an appointment next time.”
All this is okay, but I am really confused when this “next time” is exactly supposed to be. Next day? Week? Month? Summer? Year? Please give some concrete response!
I might be wrong, but I felt unwelcomed there. Neha kept avoiding my messages about the interview-informative session as well. She didn't give a firm yes or no, which was unprofessional as well.
It was odd.
(Edit- She asked me to change my review on Google because it affects her business. Sorry Neha, but this genuinely is a real experience. I couldn't even meet you.)

The Studio, is absolutely amazing.. The teacher is beyond talented and hardworking and makes sure her students have the best possible training
