My keyboard and TouchPad got replaced within 2 days. Very quick and supportive service I got. Thank you to lenovo and the staff at this service center.

My MSI laptop hardisk got corrupt and was in extended warranty so I contacted the customer care online and they send me the address of this official and authorised service centre for MSI , then I approached here and convinced the issue they said no worries we will order the hardisk and it will take 10 days but arrived at 5th day and got fixed . Now the hardisk is new and working as previous.

Pathetic service center... No reply from team , no revert back or even they don't even reply on message.. I will never use this third class service center... It should be closed and stop running a business... Because they don't know how to do business... Super unprofessional workers they have.. specially Mr. Sushil from their team... Who has no commitment responsibility or even courtesy to reply... You should be fired... Very unprofessional Sushil....
