For laptop and mobile.

Shocking experience...Very unprofessional.
When I submitted my laptop to repair the screen problem, they did not fix it properly. When I submitted it again there they returned my laptop after more than a month time in a dead condition. And that too after a prolonged follow ups by physically visits.
And the behavior of the staff was very rude and he even threatened me not to contact them for my own laptop. The staff is very rude and fraud.
It was not only me they behaved in such way... They yell and threaten at least half of the customers as I have observed whenever I visited there for my laptop.

Don't buy Lenovo laptops or anything from Lenovo, if your product is out of warranty, and then ask you for the checking cost of 885 RS....just a waste brand lenovo
