The receptionist is absolutely unprofessional, loud and rude! In today’s day of electronic payments, they do not accept, google, pay debit card or credit cards, bank transfers; & allow cash transactions ONLY! It is absolutely inconvenient for one to always have cash, and despite of giving multiple payment options, she not only refused to accept any other form of payments; but was very loud , as though I didn’t have any money, and didn’t want to pay her for the test. Even after informing her that I’ve made a partial payment and I can pay the rest of it when I come for the second appointment; cause I have to come for three days anyway; she was still very curt AND RUDE and even refused to share a picture of the report
Which I need to share with my doctor in order to understand what would be the next follow up day; as their doctor and my doctor had a difference of opinion on what will be the next follow up day! Also, there is no car parking! They make it ridiculously inconvenient for patients when they can make this a total hassle, free experience, especially when dealing with pregnant women who already go through so much trouble!

The quality of the treatment you get here, and believe me when I say this, it is extremely third class. Doctor here is so unprofessional and doesn't even inform to the reception when she will be arriving at clinic. Also she provides wrong reports under frustration just because the AC was not working. Who even gave this place 4 stars need to re evaluate this clinic. If it was in my hand this clinic should be banned and shut.

Staff is very cheap, they have no manners to talk, doctor are very irresponsible.they have no time value...............
