We took an appointment & receptionist confirmed that Richa madam will be there then when we reached there some junior lady was there & Richa madam was out of station. Then they took 1200 Rupees consultation fees. So I feel this is cheating.

I went to Dr. Richa for a pre-hab as I was about to join a gym, I wanted to strengthen my muscles and avoid gym injuries. In the 1 month program I could already see the results- increased stamina, slight toning and a lot of motivation to workout. I also started understanding a little bit of science behind the exercises. Now I have joined a regular gym and will definitely go to Dr. Richa again for a strengthening workouts.
Dr.Richa is a very sweet person to talk to and listens to all your concerns patiently.

It gives me a great pleasure to appreciate Dr. Rucha for her diagnosis and line of treatment. Being her patient for a weight loss program, I am deeply impressed by her skills which reflects her rich experience for back pain treatment due to work-out and some exercises which made my work from home routine almost painless. Her precise treatment has made me loose my fat and weight , with increased metabolism so that I can fill my tummy with the kind of food I like without any hesitation or worry for weight gain.
