Excellent gym in kothrud depo. Gym have huge ground for workout. Trainers are also good. If you want loose your weight this is the best gym in kothrud. Trainers gives very intense and dedicated training.

Excellent service & crossfit training, funtional training.
Staff member & trainer are experienced & well behaved, Every exercise, every form, movement carried out is explained, and corrected, repeatedly if necessary.
Equipment’s are plenty and are in good condition.
Most importantly its easy on pocket.
