The reception staff is completely unempathetic towards the patient. They are very arrogant.

Hello Mr Kelkar
One of my friend recommended your clinic so I started treatment
But I must say you have the most disaster management and the most pathetic people.

Starting from your appointment,I mean I don’t understand what kind of rule is this haaa..roj sakali 8 te 9am madhe yeun Number lavane aani mang tumhi consultant karnar
Whaa superrrrrrr technology and creativity aaj Jagat kuthalya kuthe geli aahe pan nahi amhi amache sare kaam sodun tumachya time aani management chi value karayachi.
Even though we are paying you,of course you are not treating people in free of cost

Second thing consultation madhe patient ne kahi ch bolaych nahi,no patient history,no sharing what is the problem exactly,and whenever patient start sharing Mr Kelkar will see no I don’t want to know you just take this medicine and then will talk
Woow again what a super consultation

Then for treatment if patient is asking when we can do the face peel or detaining process then he will say you just msg on WhatsApp
You come and then you will get to know

So I massaged on WhatsApp then MR KELKAR itself will reply (that was real shock I mean what a slow and old management)

I got the appointment for today,I came exactly on time 12pm

Aani reception wali la vicharla ki hya 2 treatment doctor ne suggest kelya hotya AHA PEEL AND SKIN DETAN
And then counter madam boltat tumhi pay kara aani treetment la jaa aat madhe
(Whaa second shock)

Then I said I don’t know much difference and don’t know what to do exactly
Because Mr Kelkar ne tar sangitla ch navhta first consultation madhe
Mala kalel mang apan bolu he asa kahi tari sangnare Mr kelkar

Then I suggested that reception lady,let me talk to doctor and let me ask regarding this treatment

Mang tyaa muline mala aat madhe eka veglya doctor la bhetayala sangitla

And that’s how I met another worst doctor
By seeing she first asked tumhla kaay hawa aahe?
Me mhanale he 2 treatments sangitale hote ,mala sangta ka exactly kaay karayla hawa

And as usual Mr Kelkaranchi shishya asnar kahi naa bolata decision declared!!!!
“Tumhi next time yaa tumchi skin dry aahe”

Wooow what a shoooottt????????????????

What you think Mr Kelkar , people are coming to your clinic with the hope that you will solve their problems and literally people trusting you doctors blindly

But according to you I think our time and problems don’t have any value
Don’t forget whatever name and fame you’re earning all because of this people
And that’s how you are treating them
And you call yourself a doctor!!

Definitely I’m not going to take treatment from you anymore but try to respect and value people

I am so hurt because you and your management wasted my time and money and I can just wish to god one day you should pay for this
I think then only you will understand the real value of people!!!!!

Dr is good but staff is rude, arrogant and does miscommunication with patients. Really need to improve their management and need to train the staff.
