Great collections for Bracelets, Earrings and Necklace. I had purchased gifts for my friend, and she is a huge fan of KAOAPH jewellery designs now . They're not too heavy, but they make a statement. The best part is that I got them at such a great deal.

I don’t believe in criticising people over a public platform, but I feel compelled to do so, in this case, so that nobody has to go through the same experience as me.

I’m not someone that’s bought their jewellery so I can’t comment on its quality and performance.However, if you’re looking to work here, DON’T!

The founder employed me as a social media coordinator. During the interview she promotes how great, and ethical the brand is and how they aim to go international and all those BIG PLANS. In truth, she doesn’t even have a proper team considering the brand was founded in 2018 (when asked, she’ll tell you everyone works from home) or even her own accounts in place (Lady doesn’t know the first thing about calculating GST) amongst other red flags. She’ll probably ask you to meet her at a cafe on your first day of work and thereafter (since there’s no office and she’s still “figuring out” the Co working space) she usually shows up late, not by a few minutes, but by six whole hours, and she expects you to work and get everything approved by her which is a tough task on its own because it’s not likely she’ll respond to your messages within work hours. So there you are working out of a cafe, waiting for her, trying to figure out what she wants, because obviously there was no orientation or guidance. Ask her general questions about any area of the business of her own brand and you’ll be met with countless “I don’t know’s ”, you could totally turn that into a drinking game. She’ll make sure you’re also doing the accountant’s job, the business manager’s job and if she can help it, the financial manager’s job along with your own job at the same pay. I’ve worked in e-commerce before, I understand that working for a small business involves doing more than just your role, but it shouldn’t feel like you’re onboard the titanic in its last hours. There’s so much more, everything that could possibly go wrong with a business, is right here, you’ll feel sorry for her and the state of her business from the very first day of work, but taking into consideration the founder’s lack of commitment to her own role, and other areas of the business, that is inevitable. Don’t believe what you see on their Instagram. A business is made by its team and the customers and in this case both are pretty much missing because of various reasons. You’re better off working for someone who actually cares about her employees, or at least her own brand, it’s business and basic accounting (COME ONNNNN) and for the love of god, isn’t travelling all the time and expects you to hold fort all by yourself on just your third day of work.

Don’t waste your time and think ten times before you fall for her big fancy ideas, they’re built on an extremely rocky foundation. All in all exceedingly unprofessional, noncommittal and honestly disappointing.
