Very bad experience with KK Travels today. Had booked a sharing cab from Pune to Mumbai airport. The cab driver details weren’t shared until multiple calls to the agency. Scheduled cab arrived within the agreed window for pick up, however we were still within city limits well over an hour later since we had to pick up people on the way. On our way, in the middle of the expressway, after we passed Amrutanjan bridge we met with an accident. The car brushed against the divider and as a result there was tyre burst of the front right tyre. One of the Co passengers confirmed that the driver had fallen asleep at the wheel. Thereafter we got down and pitched in to help the driver change the spare tyre. To our dismay, even the spare tyre was deflated and that’s where the actual action began.. we made calls to KK travels to inform them and they told us that they cannot promise a back up cab. We were in the middle of the expressway trying our best to see if we could get help only because KK travels turned their back on us saying there is no back up. The cab driver was trying his best to call and fix someone for a pick up or another tyre arrangement. We were four passengers and all of us had international flights to catch from Mumbai, we ended up standing in the middle of the expressway for 1.5 hrs without any confirmation if we will be making on time or not. Think of the time delay and the money lost in the process. Please think twice as they are charging 6k for four people one way only and this is the kind of service you get. I hope KK at least read these reviews and take things seriously. Attached photos are from today’s accident and tyre burst

I travelled from Mumbai Airport to Pune.
Service has definitely gone down from Kktravel . We were made to wait as Driver was not available at said time. They do not have their own fleet and hire the cars from other suppliers based on booking. Car did not had kktravel logo on it. Driver of the car was driving very rash. He was maintaining speed of 80km /hr but overtaking vehicles from all sides of the road. It was very scary specially when you have family and baby in the car.

The incident was listened to and there was active follow-up by kktravels.

I used their private shared cab recently again. For mumbai to Pune xylo was 6500 inr and it was good ride. Driver was nice as well.

Highlights:
- quick follow up from mr parvez. He listened to the issues nicely and assured that action has been taken to fix the issues observed.

Not a great service from kk travels. I remember it used to be great and i hope this is one off bad experience and it is not always the case..
6may2023, mumbai airport to kharadi drop. For drop to Pune from Mumbai airport DO NOT USE KK TRAVEL. sharing my experience that took 7 hours when there was literally no traffic.

-8:40 pm flight arrival terminal 2, mumbai
-Cab started 10:25 pm.(super slow and delay)
-Mumbai terminal 2 folks clubbing of pune locations badly...kharadi and nanded city
- driver kept on coordinating with other kk travel cabs if other cab can accommodate sinhagad road passenger
-stopped multiple times to coordinate with other car.
- passenger exchanged at talegaon urse toll.
-even worst 2 drop added to my shared cab for nigdi and chandni chowk
-kharadi dropped at 3:30

7 hours if you will take to drop passenger from Mumbai airport to pune, why will anyone not use ola uber.

I will continue to use pune to mumbai kktravel ..STRICT NO NO FOR MUMBAI AIRPORT TO PUNE.Their service has degraded
