Very much pathetic experience from this service owner.
Its been 6 months yet they could not fix a simple treadmill of mine. Kept all accessories and part with them. I feel ashame to call them everytime but no one responds as well even when their office is near to my place then as well none of the service men have time to visit my home, bring back my own parts even though they are not serviceable which I literally don't care now but they have time to travel in other cities... What Kind of service you guys can expect from this ?
I would recommend to opt of genuine service and repair guy from your known list.
I'm feeling regretted giving them my treadmill for repair which would have done within few days if I had given to someone else and not waited for 6 months till now. Very Pathetic.!
