Namrita has simply made my month by staying in touch with me delivering to my place my emergency outfits even while she was on leave. She’s been of utmost patience and efficiency when I finally came to pick up the sets, and even more so when I came back to exchange some: everything for perfectly like no other brand, she completely understood all my specific requirements for both the bras and panties, the colours were a perfect match which is a rarity in this country, and they were all exactly my size with a double push-up and only thongs as I had previously instructed. The system of points redemption is also a very appreciable addition as the European prices are quite unaffordable here but the value for money is definitely unmet for in India.
Finally I’d like to underline again that Namrita especially even though the whole staff has been assisting her well, deserves a special mention for her outstanding service and I wish her to get promoted because her prompt, efficient courteous and consistent service and her true kindness and generosity genuinely deserve it.

This pune store has got an amazing collection! And the staff is Very polite and soo helpful! Fashion consultant named Ariya helped me so much with suggesting the right sizes and proper fits. She also suggested me so many things i ended up buying alot of stuff.
