Went back after two decades. The last time I was there was for my sister's wedding reception on the terrace lawn. Brought back a lot of fond memories.

Booked the place online. Stayed two nights.

There were a few downsides to the room we booked. Hot water was never regular and needed to be requested constantly. Lots of dust behind side tables and cot. Needs better vacuuming.

The hotel is old school and thrived in the 90s and early 2000s so it has an obvious old school feel to it. The switches, room light controls, wall panelling etc. Strategically located. Step out and you can access a lot of amazing places in the camp area. I would totally stay there again just for the location.

Room service was efficient. Some things are a bit unnecessarily over priced.
If you are looking for a decent, clean place, great location and a place with all the amenities and not luxury, then it's worth the stay.

✓ Excellent staffs. From front desk to every service person. Very polite and helpful.
✓ Well appointed rooms - I stayed in their Deluxe category rooms. They are specious, comes with a writing table, a dinner table, wardrobe, mini bar and a TV with very less channels :)
✓ Bathrooms are bit small, but okay.
✓ Excellent food taste, quality & quantity.
✓ Has a swimming pool at Hotel 1st floor.
✓ Has a fitness centre, though I haven't visited it.
✓ Location - is a mixed reaction, it's on the extremely busy MG Road. Heart of old downtown Pune...but quite far from the newly developed areas.

Excellent property in the heart of the city in Camp Area. Courteous staff. Had arranged a meeting there, good spacious well equipped auditorium. Good food, excellent ambience, smooth conference with no hiccups. Throughout staff were present to help in any support required
