Thanks for the lovely experience. Everything from the delivery, punctuality, pickup was so smooth.

A bit expensive than other portals but the service and the car was provided in neat condition.

They charge you deposit money but refunds full amount at the time of pickup if there is no damage.
I liked the honesty of the service provider and pickup drop facility. They were always available for any help, if needed.

5 ⭐+1 for good service.

I found Hello Cars via a Google search when looking for self-drive car rental options in Pune. I was looking at Zoom cars but they appeared to have a more complex process - and I think we’re more expensive.

Hello Cars showed up second in the Google listing so I checked them out. They seemed to be reasonable and straightforward. The entire rental process took place via WhatsApp - but was quick and efficient. I interacted with Shri and Shiva and both were prompt and responsive in answering all questions. They also provided an option to drop off and pickup the car, and were very punctual, so it was very easy.

The car itself was clean and relatively new - only 16k km - Tata Punch. Like all SUVs, a bit underpowered! Nevertheless, I managed to get a speeding ticket on the Pune-Mumbai expressway! The only issue I had was that in the outbound journey, their toll tag didn’t work and I had to pay cash. On the return journey, it seemed to have worked - which was a bit odd. Also, the car’s horn didn’t work - which ensured that I drove more carefully than I would armed with a horn ????

All in all, a very smooth experience - especially for a first time driverless rental - working with - and renting from - Hello Cars. Thanks guys for all your help ????????

Best car rental in Kharadi. Affordable and convenient, good staff and polite. I took a Tata Punch orange colour for 1 day and loved their service
