One of the things that I appreciate most about our counselling sessions is the way that you empower me to take control of my own mental health. Rather than dictating a particular course of action, you work with me to develop a plan that takes into account my unique circumstances and goals. This approach has helped me to feel more confident in my ability to manage my mental health and has given me a sense of agency that I didn't have before.

The yellow doll process was particularly useful for me because it allowed me to visualize and process complex emotions in a way that felt accessible and non-threatening. I found that this approach helped me to make sense of my experiences and to work through feelings of guilt, shame, and anxiety related to past traumas. It was also helpful to know that I had a trusted and compassionate guide to support me through this process.

We have taken services from Nibedita Ma`am recently and it was an eye-opening moment for us. She understands each aspect of your life and explains beautifully with relevant examples. There is a lot to learn from her experiences.

My four hours session was so deep, powerful, and impactful. We understood the current situation of our life and got guidance from her about a better and happy life.

Once you share the struggle you are facing, she will think deeply about it and gives her unbiased advice which you can follow to make the journey beautiful.

Her one session is far better than many sessions from so-called life coaches. She is the best in her work.

I would suggest everyone go with life long association with her as in each phase of our life we need guidance and I think she is the best when it comes to guidance.
