One Floor One Apartment is really exclusive concept in Pune, good thing to have vehicle free kids play zone. One of the tallest taller in South Pune. It really has beautiful 360• Panoramic view from the Apartment. I really appreciate the quality of Product. It really value for money. Good connectivity near to MG Road.

Good project but definitely not premium.....Not much review/information is available for the project so thought of writing one
The project is one of the most premium project in Kondhwa, infact it would have the highest ticket size across the whole Kondhwa. I have booked a maxima 4bhk apartment in their under construction tower ‘one green park’ T1.
Some of the Pros:
- Big Capet size (you hardly get these carpet sizes these days — of course it comes up with a price)
- Most of the flats are 4.5, 4 and 3.5 bhk, hence you get all esteemed residents
- SkyVilla flats are one of a kind
- The place really has a homely and nice vibe. This was the reason for me to go for it.
- Although not renowned, the builder seems genuine
Construction of old towers looks pretty good (no visible cracks seen)
- Sales and CRM is awesome. No pressure buying, they make sure all your queries are answered. Even after purchase, they take care of all ask (within their reach)
Cons:
- Although good, but project is definitely not premium. No Italian flooring, smart lock, also doesn’t match its level in open space and amenities with other project Lodha, Raheja or Kumar (similar priced)
- Highly overpriced for the location (upper Kondha, high traffic issue coming from Jyoti or even Katraj)
- Tiles used are very basic or infact cheap (at least for the new tower they definitely did cost-cutting) - very basic white tiles for hall and bedroom floor. Bathroom and balcony are worst, it’s like they didn’t even bother selecting it, whatever vendor suggested at good price worked. Basic grey anti-skid floor tiles for dry balcony, all 4 washrooms and both balconies with no variation. Even bathrooms are very basic. Even a first timer builder have different tiles combination, in fact better tiles for balconies (wooden etc..).
- Parking space is very restricted. Imagine high-priced 4 bhk still having 1 parking and extra parking is super overpriced that too only mechanical.
Verdict: A nice property if you are very particular of Kondhwa and don't have high expectations with flat interior (tiles, smart lock etc..).

Excellent Project. I was looking for a 4 BHK around 1900 Carpet in Kondhwa and I found it here. Price is quite reasonable as nobody provides the Amenities like they are in Kondhwa. Can compare it to NIBM Projects but trust me got good ROI as well when I sold it recently. Upgraded to their SKY-Villas recently and must say it is worth it to buy in this Project
