It's a really good gym. It is specious also the environment is good. It has many activities as well like Zumba, Aerobics, Bollywood Dance, Yoga, Kick Boxing, Functional Training and much more. Also the gym arranged a special program for women on women's day. I 'll surely recommend this gym.

This is a very good gym situated at a very prime location. The equipments and weights are of very good quality. The gym and trainers are very professional. The crowd is nice. Trainers are friendly and always ready to help. If they will see that your posture is not correct or something they will come and guide you and that is the best thing about the trainers here. They will also come to support when you are doing squats or some heavy weights. Trust me this is not the case in most of the other gyms in pune. If you are not taking personal training in other gyms, the trainers will not even look at you after 10 days of joining. At peak hours golds gym is a bit crowded but manageable. Moreover its a value for money place with a very nice ambiance.

Really nice gym with good machines and weights. A lot of professional trainers are always available on the floor to guide and support you. Had a great time doing a workout under the guidance of professional trainer Tushar Chorge. His suggested diet and workout really helped me lose fat, improved my strength as well and reduced lower back pain. Highly recommended for better results.
