Extremely crowded. Took membership because of flexibility it brings for locations (frequent travel to Bengaluru) and connection with Cult but made a mistake of not reading reviews. Went by the name and now I am stuck for a year. Far better gyms 300 meters away (although a little pricy and with fewer but adequate equipments). Everyone has their choice based on priority but I do not appreciate so much of crowd (having experienced better place for last one year with another gym very closeby). Will update if my opinion changes after spending some more time.

Gold Gym Baner is an excellent gym with wide range of equipments and very experience gym instructors. I would like to give a big shout for Rushikesh Sagar ..he is absolutely well trained and knowledgeble training instructor and manages the session very professionally..I have joined this gym in last october and enjoying my everyday trainining ... joint this gym after i had my back injury in L4 & L5 and now under Hrishikesh observation and guidance i am doing great,gain lot of muscular strengths and felling more confident....

- The Baner branch of Gold's Gym is good.
- They have well maintained equipment and machinery.
- Most importantly I liked about their cafe, they provide healthy food meals right in front of you and added advantage is that they provide great offers.
- I think overall this gym is very good.
- I went for enquiry but I will update on my trainers and workout experience.
