The location is at best, but the catering service and room service is not good.
Even room's window is not opening and basic things are not provided while checking in.

The hotel is 24*7 open with full security.
The parking facility is also good.
Digital payment system is available, even you can book rooms via various apps but better to go directly on Ginger website.

My experience is 50-50%.

Experience was good. Complete Ginger standard. Rooms was neat and clean. Well maintained. Breakfast spread was nice. In room dining has not much option but all the foods was tasty. Definitely recommend for family or business travel.

This is a worst hotel ever. I had a confirmed booking for 2 rooms and was travelling with my family with 2 kids. When reached the hotel late night, the staff did not gave us rooms. They overbooked and gave our confirmed rooms to someone else. They asked us to go to other ginger hotel which 30 min from this place. The staff was very rude, unprofessional, empathetic, did not even offered water or asked if the kids were hungry since it was later. Did not helped us in any ways. Very pathetic experience. Will never book this hotel again.
