I don't know where to start. This hotel does not believe in hospitality. The mantra of this hotel is to just earn money and that's it. The staff at reception and the sales team will make big promises before you book the hotel. After you book the hotel and check in the story is bitter. The best part is yet to come. If you want to talk to them about certain things, firstly they won't turn up stating that they are too busy or they will depute one junior person, who will never be bothered to have courtesy to ask you whether your problems have been resolved. I humble advice to all those travellers, please don't waste your money in this property. If you are getting a better deal and property, please avoid. Happy travelling.

Very interesting place ????Right next to be airport, outstanding service and attention to detail, and delicious food. Quite surprising at this price point, and they even have a decently stocked gym with a pool. Portion sizes on room service were impressive as well. Would recommend.

I like the hotel. Yet during our stay one of the lifts was out of order, the other had a frightening emergency stop while we were in. My advice: take the stairs! The facilities are nice and working, the staff is attentive, my room was clean. I liked that I could open the window.
