Worst Service.
During Spa time they continuously had a meeting which on telling as well didn't reduce the sound.
Had requested for deep tissue and they gave me relaxation therapy.
Despite telling the masseur to put pressure, they were not doing it.
2 massures changed as pressure points were not provided.
On escalating the receptionist says we have may customers and none have an issue so we know our services are good. A total non care attitude...will not recommend.
I made the payment n left mid way...but to them it didn't matter not did they try to get back...

I guess when you have more customers the service is then taken for granted

One of the worst places you could go to, and especially if you are a member. They have added the 'De' in 'de-stress' spa by mistake cause it is anything but destressing. Especially on weekends they will overbook with 'n' number of excuses and give the last preference to members. Rooms are dirty or not cleaned well after the previous use. There are a number of times I have gone and come back without any therapy cause of the staff unprofessionalism. Very poorly managed and incompetent management. Highly advice to avoid this place and seek any other spa other than this one. Big mistake for paying the membership. 100% to be a place avoided.

Nice tidy Spa in Vimannagar, Pune. This Spa is located above SriKrishna restaurant & is located on 1st floor. The reception area is compact & welcoming. The walk to 1st floor using staircase is dark especially in the evening. There were no lights, so had to use my mobile phone torch. So, take note. Back to reception area, the front end staff is courteous. The packages can be decided based on the requirements. Staff helps you when you have any questions. The massage room have as an attached shower. Opted for Swedish Massage which is body massage with oil which you are choose. I chose wintergreen oil. The entire place was clean & with good fragrance. This massage took us ~1 hours time. The quality of the massage was superb. After bath, the entire body was relaxed. Prices were reasonable & ended up buying the membership which is valid for 1 year. Overall good experience. I understand that The masseurs are trained for 3 months before practising. The last appointment taken is at 7:30 pm. Spa open daily. They provide you with plenty of water & green tea. Try it out, one of the best Spas in town.
